Technical Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager cum Service Delivery Manager to lead project implementation and oversee the ongoing delivery and operational support of implemented IT services
The role will initially focus approximately 80% on project implementation and rollout. After implementation is completed, the focus will transition towards service delivery and BAU operational support
Key responsibilities:- Lead project planning, implementation, tracking and rollout activities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, technical teams, partners and stakeholders
- Manage incidents, service requests, escalations and operational issues within agreed SLAs
- Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, service performance, risks and improvement actions
- Oversee BAU support, health checks, monitoring and incident investigations
- Coordinate across end-user computing, cloud, identity, security, network and service desk teams
- Manage transition plans, operational readiness, maintenance, upgrades and changes
- Track root-cause analysis and corrective actions for major or recurring incidents
- Improve SOPs, operational runbooks, service processes and reporting
- Support resource planning and coordinate engineers and support teams
- Guide junior team members and promote service excellence and accountability
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in IT project management, service delivery, managed services, end-user computing, cloud infrastructure or modern workplace operations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, request and service-level management
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service reports and operational dashboards
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication, escalation-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively across technical teams, clients, partners and senior leadership
- Experience with endpoint management, systems management, identity, security or cloud platforms is advantageous
- Microsoft Endpoint or Intune-related certification
