Zarządzanie bieżącą działalnością szkoły w obszarze organizacyjnym, operacyjnym i administracyjnym.
Nadzór nad realizacją procesu dydaktycznego oraz kontrola realizacji podstawy programowej.
Organizacja i nadzór nad egzaminami we współpracy z OKE.
Tworzenie i wdrażanie rozwiązań usprawniających funkcjonowanie szkoły.
Współpraca z nauczycielami oraz koordynacja działań zespołu.
Planowanie działań wspierających rozwój szkoły oraz budowanie relacji ze społecznością lokalną.
Nasze wymagania
Wykształcenie wyższe magisterskie (pedagogika, zarządzanie oświatą lub kierunki pokrewne).
Przygotowanie pedagogiczne – warunek konieczny.
Znajomość przepisów prawa oświatowego.
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem lub placówką edukacyjną.
Gotowość do pracy również w wybrane weekendy.
