
Corporate Planning Intern (AI/Strategic Projects)

About the teamThe Corporate Planning team at HMI Medical, a fast‑growing regional healthcare group, is seeking a Corporate Planning Intern to support strategic value creation and digital transformation across the Group. This role offers undergraduates an exceptional opportunity to develop critical skills in corporate strategy, technology innovation, and AI‑driven transformation, while working closely with senior leaders on initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery.
As a Corporate Planning Intern, you will play a key role in major Group-wide AI and technology initiatives, alongside other high-impact strategic and integration projects. You will contribute to project execution through technology project management and AI/technology performance analysis. Core responsibilities include translating business needs into clear technical requirements, maintaining rigorous requirements traceability matrix (RTM) discipline, and contributing to other Group-wide strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for an analytical, resourceful, and technically curious student eager to gain real‑world experience in a cohesive and nurturing management environment, where strategy, technology and healthcare intersects.
Core Responsibilities- AI/Technology Project Management: Focus on supporting the planning, execution, and quality control for an AI project and assist in coordinating project timelines, resources, and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Execute defined QA test cases for AI systems and assist with organizing and updating technical documentation.
- Strategic Projects: Support other Group-wide strategic initiatives led by the Corporate Planning team, including the preparation of executive materials, data validation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to support timely decision‑making.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support the development and refinement of the AI system.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth planning and execution.
- Integration Project Execution: Support the project management and execution of integration plans and key workstreams for specific entities to be within timelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor AI system performance metrics and document user feedback for continuous refinement.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track the progress of workstreams, related tasks, and action items for senior management and Board reporting.
- Slide Creation & Communication: Translate complex processes, business requirements, and analytical insights into structured, executive‑ready materials, including strategy decks, process flows, and requirements documentation.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or any related discipline.
