**MANUTENTORE TERMICO - CALDAISTA** **La figura si occuperà di**: - Gestire in termini professionali e risolutivi l’attività di manutenzione e pronto intervento sugli impianti e cantieri assegnati, con il rispetto dei tempi d’intervento e delle scadenze contrattuali, facendo particolare attenzione alla soddisfazione del Cliente;
- Mantenere in perfetta efficienza gli impianti e le relative sicurezze, svolgendo in maniera professionale l’attività di manutenzione preventiva;
- Gestire i Piani di Manutenzione per l’attività pianificata con il rispetto dei tempi d’intervento e delle scadenze contrattuali;
- Evidenziare carenze normative o criticità impiantistiche che possano pregiudicare la sicurezza o l’affidabilità/funzionalità degli impianti o esserne fonte di danno economico per il Cliente;
- Compilare correttamente e puntualmente tutta la documentazione cogente prevista per gli impianti gestiti (libretti, allegati, registri, schede tecniche di rilievo, ecc.);
- Chiusura e compilazione puntuale degli interventi gestiti con l’applicativo aziendale;
- Chiusura serale della scheda riepilogativa ore giornaliere. **Si offre**: - Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto con ccnl metalmeccanico.
- Lavoro a giornata con disponibilità alla reperibilità.
- Mezzo aziendale con partenza / ritorno a casa, costi a carico dell’azienda. Officina mobile.
