de vis et d'outillages, de ferrements, de produits pour la construction et le
génie civil, de pièces spéciales et de produits chimico-techniques sur
l'ensemble du territoire suisse. Nous offrons à nos clients un conseil
professionnel aussi bien en ligne, par visites ainsi que dans nos filiales de
ventes locales. De nombreux collaborateurs/trices du service externe s'occupent
des clients avec des recommandations et des propositions de solutions
compétentes. Cela comprend un assortiment adapté au marché.
Dans le secteur de la construction métallique, nous sommes le partenaire de
livraison compétent et fiable pour nos clients.
Pour le développement du canton de Genève, nous recherchons un conseiller/ère
de vente expérimenté(e) au service externe.

Deine Aufgaben
Conseils de vente de nos produits auprès des entreprises de la construction métallique
Prospection active du marché et suivi de la clientèle
Visites régulières des clients et leurs collaborateurs/trices techniques et traitement des demandes
Lecture compétente des plans techniques et conseils clients intensifs sur le choix des ferrements
Suivi actif et anticipatif des offres et des commandes en collaboration avec le service interne
Responsabilité du traitement et suivi des réclamations des clients jusqu'à satisfaction
Contact et collaboration régulière avec les fournisseurs clés
Formations régulières sur les produits et prestations
Collaboration étroite avec le service interne et les collègues du service externe
Responsabilité d'une région ainsi que du renforcement de notre présence sur le marché
Dein Profil
Formation technique en construction métallique et/ou dessinateur/trice avec expérience avérée dans le domaine
Formation commerciale complémentaire ou gestionnaire du commerce de détail en quincaillerie un atout
Expérience au service externe
Aisance dans la lecture et interprétation des plans techniques en serrurerie
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, orienté(e) solution tout en ayant du plaisir dans l'accompagnement de nos clients dans leurs projets et mandats.
Excellente connaissance du marché de la construction du canton de Genève
