As a Strategic Finance Principal at Via, you will lead high-priority financial projects to drive rapid growth, guide corporate strategy and create long-term value. You’ll own critical financial work streams from start to finish, partnering directly with our executive leadership and cross-functional Sales, Product and Operations teams to manage risks and capture new business opportunities. Joining this high-impact team puts you at the heart of Via’s global scaling efforts, where your financial modeling and strategic insights will influence company-wide decision making. About the Role:  <ul> <li>Drive global revenue strategy, including pricing structuring, go-to-market optimization, and incentive alignment across all product segments </li> <li>Support high stakes deal negotiations through the development of rigorous financial modeling, acting as a strategic thought partner to the Partnerships, Growth, and Operations teams to streamline business processes </li> <li>Work on corporate and business development initiatives, including financings, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships</li> <li>Define and refine KPIs that guide leadership and support business-wide decision-making</li> <li>Develop executive-ready materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic initiatives</li> </ul> About You:  <ul> <li>Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or in strategic finance / corporate finance / FP&A </li> <li>A self-starter with excellent judgment, strong business intuition, and a bias for action</li> <li>Fast-moving and responsive; you thrive in a dynamic environment and consistently deliver high-quality work on tight timelines</li> <li>Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills with a knack for robust simplicity</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills; you’re able to both crunch numbers and discuss your analysis</li> <li>Sophisticated understanding of corporate finance and accounting</li> <li>Creative and solutions-oriented; you’re able to think on your feet when presented with a tough problem and willing to develop new approaches to challenges</li> <li>Resourceful, a problem solver who is motivated by high levels of ownership and the opportunity to have a measurable impact</li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits: <ul> <li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
