- Wiedza z zakresu metodyk pozyskiwania wymagań oraz przygotowywania specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i jakościowych systemów IT.
- Minimum trzy lata doświadczenia w projektach informatycznych realizowanych dla branży bankowej/finansowej.
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w specyfikacji procesów biznesowych, wymagań funkcjonalnych, wymagań jakościowych, modelu danych, integracji systemów.
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków, rozwiązywania problemów.
- Umiejętność pracy zespołowej.
- Umiejętność skutecznej komunikacji.
- Znajomość relacyjnych baz danych i SQL na poziomie podstawowym.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego (B2)
Mile widziane:
- Doświadczenie w rozwoju systemów rozliczeniowych takich jak Elixir, Express Elixir, Sorbet, SEPA, Target.
- Znajomość zagadnień związanych z architekturą systemów (wzorce integracyjne EIP, Event-Driven Architecture, mikroserwisy, REST).
- Znajomość jednej z technik eksploracji: Event Storming, Domain Story Telling, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping
- Znajomość Domain-Driven Design (DDD - poziom strategiczny)
- Znajomość podejścia Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Znajomość GIT
- Znajomość technik Diagram as Code, Model as Code
- Znajomość zagadnień związanych ze strategią i automatyzacją testów.
- Umiejętność czytania kodu na poziomie podstawowym
- Umiejętność wykorzystywania AI do optymalizacji pracy
