(UP $3,300) Data Collection Officer (Corporate Survey)
Salary Range: $3,000 - $ 3,300
Office Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am - 6pm (Flexible with OT/ Weekend Work when needed)
Office Location: Havelock
Contract (Renewable)
- - Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods
- - Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity
- - Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone
- - Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)
- - Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets
- - Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation
- - Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion
- - Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities
- - Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions
- - Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations
- - Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
