Grupa Defence24 to lider wśród mediów specjalistycznych poświęconych bezpieczeństwu, obronności, technologiom i polityce międzynarodowej. Prowadzimy najważniejsze serwisy branżowe, organizujemy konferencje i tworzymy platformy wymiany wiedzy między sektorem publicznym a przemysłem obronnym. Obecnie poszukujemy doświadczonego Event Managera (M/K), który poprowadzi nasze projekty od pomysłu po realizację – z pasją, kreatywnością i perfekcyjną organizacją.



Zakres obowiązków:

  • kompleksowe zarządzanie projektami eventowymi (od koncepcji po ewaluację)

  • opracowywanie scenariuszy, harmonogramów i budżetów wydarzeń

  • koordynacja pracy zespołu eventowego, podwykonawców, dostawców i działań z zespołem komunikacji i marketingu w zakresie promocji eventów

  • negocjacje warunków współpracy z partnerami i kontrahentami

  • nadzór nad realizacją techniczną i logistyczną wydarzeń oraz wizerunku Defence24

  • reprezentowanie firmy wobec klientów i dbanie o najwyższą jakość obsługi

  • monitorowanie trendów i proponowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań eventowych


Wymagania:

  • minimum 3 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w branży eventowej (organizacja eventów korporacyjnych, konferencji, gal, eventów plenerowych itp.)

  • umiejętność kompleksowego zarządzania projektami i zespołem

  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność i odporność na stres

  • wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne

  • znajomość rynku eventowego i podwykonawców

  • dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum poziom B2)

  • mile widziane: doświadczenie w pracy z klientem korporacyjnym

  • znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami (np. Asana, Trello)

  • Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma projektami równocześnie

  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży obronnej / bezpieczeństwa / technologicznej.
