Aufgaben
Als Studioleitung bist du das Herzstück unseres clever fit Studios in Wittlich:
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team
- Du sorgst dafür, dass der Studioalltag läuft – reibungslos, strukturiert und mit Energie
- Du planst Aktionen, Events und Marketingmaßnahmen
- Du kümmerst dich um unsere Mitglieder – freundlich, kompetent und mit Leidenschaft
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Organisation, Vertrieb und Qualität
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem HQ zusammen und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft des Standorts mit
Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Fitness-, Gesundheits- oder kaufmännischen Bereich (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
Erste Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung oder Studioorganisation von Vorteil
Begeisterung für Fitness, Motivation und Teamarbeit
Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
Führerschein Klasse B
