Das Freiburger Netzwerk für psychische Gesundheit (FNPG) ist der Direktion für Gesundheit und Soziales administrativ zugewiesen. Das FNPG ist ein medizinisches, pflegerisches und psychosoziales Kompetenzzentrum, das auf Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie und in einem weiteren Sinn auf psychische Gesundheit spezialisiert ist.
Das zweisprachige FNPG entwickelt sich fortlaufend weiter und hält sich im therapeutischen Bereich auf dem neuesten Stand.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung der monatlichen Finanzauswertungen und Durchführung der Abschlussarbeiten
- Führung der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Lieferanten, Debitoren, Liquidität, Vorräte usw.)
- Ansprechperson für die Ausbildung, Begleitung und Betreuung der oder des Lernenden bzw. Der Praktikantin oder des Praktikanten
- Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Konten, Analyse der Buchungen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Saldenabstimmung
- Mitwirkung bei der Aufbereitung der für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse erforderlichen Daten und Unterlagen
- Erstellung von Reportings und buchhalterischen Analysen für die Abteilungs- und Dienstverantwortlichen
Gewünschtes Profil
- Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem Spital oder einer Gesundheitseinrichtung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung und in den Abschlussprozessen
- Ausbildung als Berufsbildner/in in Lehrbetrieben obligatorisch
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen
- Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten richtig zu setzen
- Beherrschung der deutschen oder französischen Sprache mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
