Krankenhaus Controller (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach den Vorgaben des Konzerns sowie Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Forecasts und Mehrjahresplanungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Budget- und Entgeltverhandlungen
- Mitarbeit bei der der Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte und Weiterentwicklung unseres internen und externen Berichtswesens sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Kalkulationen verschiedenster Krankenhausbereiche
- Ad hoc Analysen und Vorbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Projektarbeit
- Weiterentwicklung kennzahlengestützter Steuerungsinstrumente im Bereich Erlös- und Kostencontrolling
- Mitwirkung an der Erstellung einer Kostenträgerrechnung und deren Weiterentwicklung
Qualifikation
- Studium der Gesundheitsökonomie oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitswesen (Bachelor oder Master)
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich der Krankenhausfinanzierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und ThinkCell
- Erfahrung mit SAP (ISH, FI, CO) oder Daedalus (Orbis) wünschenswert
- Teamfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
