Als IT-Systemadministrator (all genders) wirst du Teil unseres Internal IT Teams und übernimmst Verantwortung für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur in einem internationalen Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng mit KollegInnen aus verschiedenen Bereichen und Fachabteilungen zusammen und bringst dich aktiv in strategische IT-Projekte ein. Deine Arbeit stellt sicher, dass unsere Systeme stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig bleiben.
Woran du mitwirken wirst
- Du administrierst und entwickelst unsere Microsoft-Umgebung mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Azure weiter.
- Du verantwortest das Endpoint Management mit Intune, Autopilot und Apple ADE und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team die Endpoint Security mit Microsoft Defender sicher.
- Du betreust unsere On-Premise-Infrastruktur, darunter Active Directory, Hyper-V sowie Netzwerk- und WLAN-Komponenten.
- Du administrierst unsere Atlassian-Tools Jira und Confluence sowie OTRS, einschließlich Nutzer- und Rechteverwaltung.
- Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im IT-Support sowie bei On- und Offboardings und sorgst für eine aktuelle, nachvollziehbare IT-Dokumentation.
- Du bringst Dich in IT-Security-, Compliance- und Automatisierungsthemen ein und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du unterstützt beim Lizenzmanagement und bei der wirtschaftlichen Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an bereichsübergreifenden IT-Projekten und unterstützt Junior-Teammitglieder fachlich.
Die Qualifikationen, die Du brauchst
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über vergleichbare praktische Berufserfahrung.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration mit, insbesondere mit Microsoft 365 und Entra ID; Erfahrung mit Azure ergänzt Dein Profil.
- Du kennst Dich mit Endpoint Management, idealerweise Intune und Autopilot, sowie mit Endpoint Security aus.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in klassischen Infrastrukturthemen wie Active Directory, Servern, DNS, Netzwerken und Group Policies.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit IT-Service- und Collaboration-Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Ticketing-Systemen.
- Du analysierst technische Fragestellungen strukturiert, findest eigenständig Lösungen und hast Interesse daran, Prozesse durch Skripting oder Automatisierung weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du kannst Dich auf Deutsch mindestens auf B2-Niveau und auf Englisch sicher im Arbeitsalltag verständigen und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Fachbereichen zusammen.
