Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Marktanalyse & Vertriebskonzeption im Bereich Biologische Landwirtschaft
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung eines nachhaltigen Betriebs- und Vertriebskonzepts für einen biologisch wirtschaftenden Hof
- Durchführung von regionalen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Bereich der ökologischen Landwirtschaft (Mutterkuhhaltung, Ziegen- und Schafmilchprodukte etc.)
- Analyse von regionalen Marktakteuren sowie deren Vertriebs- und Vermarktungsstrukturen
- Recherche und Identifikation von Absatz- und Marktpotenzialen, Trends und attraktiven Nischenmärkten
- Analyse und Vergleich von Vertriebs- und Vermarktungskosten
- Kontaktaufnahme und Austausch mit Erzeugern, Vermarktern und anderen externen Informationsquellen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Agrarwirtschaft, BWL, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Landwirtschaft und/oder auf dem elterlichen Betrieb; Verständnis für landwirtschaftliche Prozesse und Tierhaltung sind von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für ökologische Landwirtschaft, qualitativ hochwertige Lebensmittel und für nachhaltige Vermarktungskonzepte
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte zu recherchieren und auszuwerten
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Marketing, insbesondere im Bereich Vertrieb und Vermarktungsstrategien
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität, Fähigkeit um die Ecke zu denken und unkonventionelle Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2 gemäß GER)
