
Executive Producer

Our team is composed of both marketing and creative talent. We consider ourselves Airbnb’s storyteller, responsible for sharing our vision and product promise with hosts and guests around the world. We build Airbnb’s brand by providing education on new ways to live, travel, and experience the world. Our work spans campaign, social, product launch events, and product marketing.
A Typical Day:
- Oversight/leadership of the production team during all project phases: planning, pre-production, production and post-production.
- Create alignment amongst stakeholders and partners throughout the deliverable production process, holding production team members accountable. Work closely with Program Managers to align on creative development schedules.
- Work with Executive Producers and Creative Operations to ensure the resourcing plan meets larger skillset needs of the project, cross-project contractor needs are identified and sourced.
- Manage production project timelines and budgets.
- Exhibit a passion for creative excellence on a daily basis.
- Ensure work is produced in line with the highest standards of quality; Ability to manage budgeting, resourcing, and timeline for large-scale, complex creative productions and concurrent workstreams
- Contribute to strategic vision and have ownership in the quality of the final product.
- Report status of projects with Sr. Management in clear, concise fashion.
- Build meaningful XFN relationships.
- Plan and execute integrated productions (e.g., film, photography, native social, animation, activations etc.). Advocate diversity, equity, and inclusion across work, internal teams, and external partners
Your Expertise:
- Minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience helping lead global creative campaigns, preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio, and in-house experience.
- Deep understanding of production process and terminology; social channels and best practices spanning paid, organic, influencer and creator led workstreams.
- Clear communication and organizational skills.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace. Ability to visualize a range of solutions rapidly.
- Passion for process and time-management. Able to juggle tasks and prioritize.
- Proactive desire to understand and take pride in how your work contributes to the bigger picture.
- Strong track record of developing and managing a team, partnering closely with cross-functional partners/vendors- overseeing all aspects of the production process from start to finish - empowering individuals to achieve their best work.
- Experience presenting creative to C-Suite, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend creative ideas.
- Software: Airtable, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative suite.
Your Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
