Unser Kunde ist eine schnell wachsende Supplement Brand. Das Ziel ist es, die Creative Engine auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
Dafür suchen wir einen Creative Strategist / Creative Director, der Creative Performance wirklich versteht und aus Daten, Kundeninsights und Marktverständnis kontinuierlich neue Winning Concepts entwickelt.
Aufgaben
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Creative Strategy.
Du findest heraus:
- Welche Customer Insights wir nutzen sollten
- Welche Hooks und Angles funktionieren
- Welche Stories wir erzählen sollten
- Welche Creatives wir testen müssen
- Warum bestimmte Ads funktionieren – und andere nicht
- Wie wir aus einem Winning Angle 10, 20 oder 50 neue Creatives entwickeln
Du bist dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen Performance Marketing, Copywriting, Creators und Production. Dazu zählt:
- Analyse unserer Creative Performance und Identifikation von Winning Patterns
- Entwicklung neuer Creative Angles, Hooks, Concepts und Storylines
- Erstellung klarer Creative Briefings für Creator, Video und Design
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren Creative Testing Roadmap
- Analyse von Kundenreviews, Kommentaren, Support-Tickets, Wettbewerbern und Markttrends
- Creative Reviews und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Ads
- Aufbau eines systematischen Creative-Testing-Prozesses
Qualifikation
Du passt zu uns, wenn …
- du mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Performance-/Direct-Response-Creative hast
- du Meta/TikTok Advertising wirklich verstehst
- du nicht nur „kreativ“, sondern commercially minded bist
- du Daten interpretieren und daraus Creative Hypothesen ableiten kannst
- du ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Consumer Psychology hast
- du starke Hooks erkennst und selbst entwickeln kannst
- du Creator und andere Creative Talents klar briefen kannst
- du Verantwortung übernimmst und nicht auf perfekte Briefings wartest
- du lieber testest als endlos diskutierst
Bonus: Erfahrung mit DTC / E-Commerce / Supplements / Beauty / Health / Consumer Brands.
