Industry Specialist (Land Software)
Do you have the kind of land industry knowledge that makes people say, “Ask them, they’ll know”?
Pandell-ESG is looking for an Industry Specialist with strong land industry knowledge who can bring real-world context into conversations with our customers and across Product, Sales, Implementation, Support, Development, and QA.
You understand land workflows, terminology, and the day-to-day realities behind the data and processes our customers work with. More importantly, you can listen to a customer question, get to the heart of what they’re trying to accomplish, and help connect that back to how our software can support them.
That’s what makes this role interesting. You’ll sit at the intersection of the customer, the land industry, and our products, helping different teams understand how those pieces fit together. One day, you might be joining a customer discovery session or supporting a product demo. The next, you could be helping untangle a tricky workflow question, providing context during an implementation, sharing customer feedback with our LandWorks Product team, or helping an internal team understand why a land process works the way it does.
You’ll likely enjoy this role if you know the land industry well, enjoy solving problems, and are good at turning what you know into something practical and useful for others.
