Wie gut funktionieren neue Apps? Sind Websites verständlich aufgebaut? Und wie kommen neue Produkte bei Nutzern wirklich an?
Genau solche Fragen untersuchen Unternehmen gemeinsam mit der Plattform TestingTime. Dafür werden regelmäßig Menschen gesucht, die neue digitale Angebote testen und ihre Eindrücke teilen.
Als Online-Testbenutzer unterstützt du Studien zu Apps, Websites oder digitalen Services und gibst ehrliches Feedback aus Sicht eines Nutzers.
Aufgaben
- Teilnahme an Online-Studien zu Apps, Websites oder digitalen Produkten
- Teilen deiner Eindrücke und Erfahrungen als Nutzer
- Bewertung von Bedienbarkeit, Design und Verständlichkeit
- Beantwortung kurzer Fragen oder Teilnahme an moderierten Online-Interviews
- Teilnahme bequem von zuhause oder gelegentlich vor Ort (je nach Studie)
Qualifikation
Das solltest du mitbringen
- Interesse an digitalen Produkten, Apps oder neuen Services
- Einen PC, Laptop oder ein Smartphone mit Internetzugang
- Zuverlässigkeit bei vereinbarten Studienterminen
- Bereitschaft, deine Meinung ehrlich und nachvollziehbar zu teilen
Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich – wichtig ist vor allem deine Perspektive als Nutzer.
