THE ROLE
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be accountable for the execution of multi-faceted digital programs for your assigned clients; leveraging the resources and expertise of experimentation strategists, account managers, researchers, designers, and developers both internally and on the client’s team. You will be at the forefront of identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of execution of digital programs processes for Conversion and our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall client success, satisfaction, and retention through excellent & efficient execution of program deliverables.
- Manage the execution of a Fortune 500 experimentation & insights program, operating within client experimentation programs at various capacities in facets of successful experimentation programs.
- Own the overall schedule and resourcing to ensure project deliverables (experiments, research projects, etc.) and timelines are met.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, review and obtain input at key stages, and make judgment calls to ensure continued alignment and transparency.
- Continuously improve delivery quality & efficiency with Directors of various teams by recommending and implementing new processes.
- Hosting the daily Huddle to ensure effective cross-departmental communication of accountabilities, due dates, and roadblocks.
- Overcome technical obstacles by troubleshooting, consulting, and coordinating the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead day to day client communications to ensure alignment and transparency, by maintaining professional, clear and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders within a timely manner.
- Be responsible for Quality Assurance activities of experiments.
- Monitor client budgets and ensure Conversion's work is highly profitable.
- Identify revenue opportunities within the day-to-day client engagement.
- Contribute to customer bi-weekly strategy discussions with relevant client information, proactively identifying solutions for client management issues and expansion opportunities.
- Consult & develop processes for experimentation within existing client workflows and structures; potentially leading client workshops & discussions regarding experimentation process & workflows.
- 3+ years of post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience in digital marketing, marketing project management, or related activities.
- Solid working technical knowledge of A/B testing tools, processes, and frameworks.
- Strong skills with online collaboration tools like M365, gSuite, Asana, Jira, Harvest, etc.
- Basic web language understanding (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Top-notch written and oral communication skills. You’ll not only need to communicate complex subjects in a way that’s easy to understand with the rest of the team but will also need to work closely with clients.
- Experience in utilizing AI and new technologies for project management tasks, such as meeting summarization, task automation, and drafting design or technical briefs, to drive efficiency and quality.
- Not afraid to take charge and own complex situations with multiple stakeholders and participants
- Detail-oriented, unwavering in your standards – always meeting and exceeding high benchmarks of accuracy and quality
- Able to identify technical problems and develop sound, carefully thought-out solutions
- A firm, factual communicator, able to complete quick decisions in response to changing conditions

The typical hiring range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. Base pay will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
