Product Manager:in E-Bikes (m/w/d)

Als Product Manager:in (m/w/d) verstärkst Du unser Produktmanagement-Team und begleitest unsere Cargo-E-Bikes von der ersten Idee bis zur Markteinführung. Du verbindest technisches Verständnis mit Marktkenntnissen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Räder genau das können, was unsere Kunden im harten Tagesgeschäft brauchen. In einem kleinen, schlagkräftigen Team mit kurzen Wegen und viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
Aufgaben
- Produkte von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung begleiten – Du behältst über den gesamten Lebenszyklus den Überblick
- Anforderungen definieren: Du übersetzt Markt- und Kundenbedarf in konkrete Produktanforderungen
- Technische Abstimmung: Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Einkauf und Lieferanten an Komponenten, Spezifikationen und Lösungen
- Markt und Wettbewerb im Blick: Du beobachtest Trends im Fahrrad- und EPAC-Umfeld und leitest daraus Produktentscheidungen ab
- Schnittstelle im Haus: Du bringst Produktentwicklung, Sales und Service zusammen und sorgst für Klarheit in beide Richtungen
- Markteinführung vorbereiten: Du unterstützt bei Produktunterlagen, Schulungen und Launch
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Zweispurfahrzeugen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Fahrrad-Umfeld, insbesondere EPAC/Pedelec
- Technisches Verständnis und Marktkenntnis
- Erfahrung darin, Produkte von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung zu begleiten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du denkst lösungsorientiert und packst selbst mit an
- Lern- und Anpassungsfähigkeit – bei uns ist noch nicht jeder Prozess in Stein gemeißelt
- Deutsch fließend, Englisch sicher
