Senior Accountant/ Finance Specialist (m/w/d) - remote

Du bist unser zentraler Finance Point of Contact - die Person, bei der alle Fäden zusammenlaufen. Du verantwortest das komplette operative Finance, baust dir die Prozesse dafür selbst auf und automatisierst, was sich automatisieren lässt.
Du bekommst echte Ownership, maximale Autonomie und die Chance, Finance so zu gestalten, wie du es für richtig hältst.
Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet. Uns ist eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit wichtig, daher ist eine Verlängerung bzw. Übernahme in eine unbefristete Anstellung angestrebt.
Aufgaben:
Operatives Finance
Kreditoren- & Debitorenbuchhaltung: Rechnungslauf, Belegprüfung, Mahnwesen.
Zahlungsverkehr & Banken: Tagesgeschäft, Kontoauszüge, Abstimmungen.
Reisekosten & Spesen: Teamausgaben effizient über moderne Tools (z. B. Spendesk).
Umsatzabgleich: App Store, Google Play und PayPal mit Kontoeingängen abstimmen.
Steuerberatung & Behörden
Zentrale Anlaufstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Steuerberatungskanzlei.
Ansprechperson bei Betriebsprüfungen und Wirtschaftsprüfer-Audits.
Zusammenarbeit mit den Departments
Enge Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen, allen voran Sales: Deal-Abstimmungen, Provisions-/Bonus-Themen, laufender Austausch zu Zahlen.
Payroll & Vergütung
Sales-Bonus-Berechnung und Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung vorbereiten, prüfen und freigeben – inkl. internationale Payroll (u. a. Deel).
Abschlüsse & Compliance
Mitwirkung an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, Budgetierung/Financial Planning.
Prozesse & Systeme
Einführung von Scopevisio als neuem Finance-System, Pflege der Stammdaten.
Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse.
Automatisierung & KI
Du entscheidest, wo sich Automatisierung wirklich lohnt, und baust entsprechende Schnittstellen zwischen unseren Tools.
Aktiver Einsatz von KI-Tools, um wiederkehrende Aufgaben effizienter zu machen.
Was du für diese Rolle brauchst
Erfahrung: Mehrjährig, idealerweise als Alleinverantwortliche:r über mehrere Finance-Disziplinen hinweg (Buchhaltung, Payroll, Abschlüsse).
Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware wie DATEV ist Pflicht; Erfahrung mit Tools wie Scopevisio, Spendesk oder HubSpot (als CRM/Buchungstool im Zusammenspiel mit Sales) ist von Vorteil.
Mindset: Digital- und AI-affin, nutzt KI-Tools aktiv zur Effizienzsteigerung.
Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, proaktiv, mit echtem Ownership.
Sprachen: Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch.
