Your Role
- The flexibility of roster, Full time, Part-time or Casual
- Every 6th Saturday off
- We are closed every Sunday
- Consistent rostering, completed 6 months in advance
- On the job training provided for all team members
- Generous commission structure giving you the opportunity to EARN every week. On average hairdressers receive around $150 extra per week up to $400 extra per week.
Training
- Our people are our priority, customised individual training plans are arranged for every team member
- Training all completed in Salon time during the day (no night time training)
- Cost of tickets paid for by Epic
- We attend Education at the Goldwell Academy, Kerastase Academy and also have our very own training academy at Ascot
- We are lucky enough to boast more Goldwell MasterColorists than any other Salon
