Senior Project Controller (m/w/d) – Controlling | Qvest Group | Köln
Als (Senior) Project Controller übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der finanziellen Steuerung unserer Projekte. Du analysierst Kennzahlen, Budgets und Projektentwicklungen und schaffst damit eine transparente Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Projektmanagement, PMO und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen. Mit deinem analytischen Blick identifizierst du frühzeitig Abweichungen und unterstützt die erfolgreiche und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung unserer Projekte. Gleichzeitig hast du die Möglichkeit, Controlling-Prozesse und -Systeme aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben
- Erstellung, Analyse und Präsentation von monatlichen Projektreports und Sicherstellung der finanziellen Gesamtsteuerung
- Durchführung und Koordination von Projektbewertungen und Financial Project Reviews
- Multiprojekt-Controlling über mehrere Projekte und Business Units hinweg
- Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie Monitoring von Budgets, Forecasts, Backlog und Projektkosten
- Monitoring der Ressourcenallokation und Utilization Rates inklusive entsprechender Reports
- Steuerung und Überwachung von Projektabrechnungen, Payment Milestones und Intercompany-Verrechnungen
- Operative Unterstützung und enge Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement und PMO
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung und weitere Stakeholder
- Unterstützung bei der Projektadministration und Pflege der relevanten Systeme, einschließlich Zeiterfassung und Projektdaten
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen sowie Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen mit Projektbezug
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft o.Ä. mit entsprechenden Schwerpunkten
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektcontrolling
- Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Projekte mit hoher Zahlenaffinität und der damit verbundenen Fähigkeit Reports transparent darzustellen
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Hierarchieübergreifende Kommunikationskompetenz, die du souverän im internationalen Umfeld einsetzt
- Du kannst Aufgaben eigenständig priorisieren und auch in Phasen hoher Arbeitsbelastung die Details im Blick halten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
