<p> </p></div><h2>Your Role</h2>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to join our Athlete Performance group. You’ll be responsible for a product suite that supports sports scientists and coaches in capturing and analysing athlete monitoring data—whether from wearables, optical tracking, or other data sources—to mitigate injury risk, optimise athletic performance, and track the physical development of athletes. </p>
<p>As a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong>, you’ll:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Grow our human performance business</strong>. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to create a coherent product strategy and vision, connecting it to the wider company strategy and effectively delivering against it. You’ll “quarterback” a key investment, with the goal of building products that customers love and use daily.</li>
<li><strong>Advocate for the product.</strong> You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers and our business needs, building trusting relationships with customers and senior internal stakeholders. You’ll also help practitioners tell a fully contextualised story by combining athlete monitoring data with Hudl’s unique video and match analysis assets.</li>
<li><strong>Motivate your squad</strong>. This is critical—you’ll determine what success looks like and work across multiple functions to turn your product vision to reality.</li>
<li><strong>Foster collaboration.</strong> While balancing cost, timeline and customer benefit, you’ll also work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to develop go-to-market plans.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Time spent collaborating with your teammates in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We’re currently considering applicants within commuting distance of London. You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.</strong></p>
<h2>Must-Haves</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience</strong>. You’ve spent more than four years in product management roles within agile software development environments. You can work largely autonomously, and you have a proven track record of delivering valuable customer-facing software. </li>
<li><strong>Dependable.</strong> You can be counted on to find the right information to make a decision, and you own them after they’re made. </li>
<li><strong>Grit. </strong>You don’t let setbacks get you down—instead, you come through and deliver for customers.</li>
<li><strong>A self-starter.</strong> You can balance your time between working with your squad, running discovery and defining strategy. You also know how to get the job done and can roll up your sleeves and get hands on when necessary.</li>
<li><strong>AI-native.</strong> You leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate discovery, sharpen decision-making, enhance communication, and increase delivery velocity. You know how to use AI to prototype ideas quickly, synthesize insights from data and customer feedback, and improve both product strategy and execution while maintaining strong judgment and ownership.</li>
<li><strong>A communicator. </strong>You’re comfortable presenting, writing strategic documents, and sharing your product roadmap with stakeholders. You can decompose complex problems to bring senior leaders along, gain buy-in for your ideas, and motivate others toward a common goal.</li>
<li><strong>Commercially-minded.</strong> You have good business sense and know how to balance user needs with business goals.</li>
<li><strong>Naturally curious.</strong> You never stop learning—you’re eager for knowledge and new ideas because that improves the way you work. You love building prototypes, testing, learning and evolving.</li>
<li><strong>Data-driven</strong>. You have a passion for using data and insights to drive high quality decision-making, but also know when to take calculated leaps of faith. </li>
<li><strong>A proven people leader</strong>. You care deeply about your team and want to help them be successful. </li>
<li><strong>Collaborative.</strong> You’re comfortable working with other teams, seek to understand the strengths of those around you, and have made each team you’ve worked on better. You relish tackling hard problems alongside your squad and building great relationships with teams.</li>

<li><strong>Domain experience. </strong>If you’ve worked in the sports technology industry, or have experience in wearables, athlete tracking technologies, and the associated software, that’s a plus.</li>
<li><strong>Sports science background. </strong>You have hands-on experience as a sports scientist and you bring deep industry context, along with a strong network of professional connections.</li>
<li><strong>Innovation.</strong> You’ve successfully brought “0 to 1” product initiatives to life, turning concepts into real, impactful solutions.</li>

<p>We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices. </p>
<p>This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award.
