  • Bring innovative ideas to the table, continuously considering the future of the agency and potential improvements
  • Inspire the team, uniting everyone around an idea, goal, or campaign
  • Display a passion for creating compelling campaigns that build brand awareness
  • Have a track record of delivering commercial B2B marketing strategies

Ideal Experience:

  • 7+ years experience in B2B marketing and communications, ideally within a design or production agency

  • Strong editorial judgement and a clear understanding of what makes content distinctive, relevant, and worth publishing
  • Experience building and maintaining a consistent brand voice across multiple channels and audiences
  • Confident stakeholder-management skills, including working with senior leadership, creative teams, external partners, and subject-matter experts
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media platforms
  • Management experience, with both internal and external team members
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with close attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of the design and creative industries, their audiences, and the wider cultural and commercial landscape
  • Bonus: Experience with Hubspot (or a similar marketing CRM software) and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute our annual marketing strategy
  • Own the marketing calendar and maintain a disciplined quality over quantity approach to campaigns, content, awards, press, and events

  • Manage the marketing budget, overseeing all spending within the department
  • Lead the marketing of our thought leadership through editorial content, campaigns, partnerships and event promotion
  • Own & present monthly performance reports - assessing both marketing activity and commercial pipeline, recommending where activity should be increased, improved, or stopped
  • Manage external PR and SEO / AEO consultants, ensuring KPIs and scope are being met - constantly reviewing performance and ROI
  • Manage and mentor a part-time marketing coordinator, overseeing daily responsibilities while supporting their learning, confidence, and professional development
