The Role:
As part of the Production Services Team, you will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution from initial brief to final delivery. Focussing on providing a service that ensures the highest quality, right first time and delivery on time in full (OTIF). Being proactive towards the client, Client Service Teams, and internal departments to help meet business objectives. You will act as the key link between internal teams, clients, and production departments, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Client Service Team to ensure you receive the required standard of brief, understanding the client expectation and what is required to deliver to those expectations.
- Work collaboratively with CAD and Client Service teams to inform and innovate from brief through to pre-production prototyping.
- Communicate clearly and proactively each stage of the project life cycle through to final delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
- Project management, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and transparent reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across divisions to minimise waste, maximise profitability and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Support colleagues within the Production Services and Client Service team, to help drive performance and excellent client service.
