Fulfilment & Warehouse Operative Lead
General Healthcare is a family-owned business established in 1986. We develop, manufacture and distribute a wide range of healthcare, cosmetics and personal care products, supplying customers across the UK and internationally.
Our direct-to-consumer eCommerce business fulfils thousands of customer orders each year through our own warehouse, supplying customers via our websites and leading online marketplaces.
We're looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Fulfilment & Warehouse Operative to join our small team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while helping maintain the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of our business, responsible for the safe receipt, organisation, storage, picking and packing of customer orders. Accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential, as you'll ensure every order is dispatched correctly and on time.
Working closely with the Warehouse and eCommerce teams, you'll run the day-to-day fulfilment operation, helping to maintain an efficient warehouse while contributing to high operational standards.
No two days are the same. While around 40% of the role focuses on eCommerce fulfilment, the remainder involves supporting the wider warehouse operation.
Why Join Us? This is an exciting opportunity to join a small growing business where every team member makes a real impact. We're proud of our friendly culture and are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a hardworking team, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with the company.
