Für unsere Betriebsstätten in Niedersachsen besetzen wir die Stelle als Sicherheitsfachkraft mit Dienstsitz in Hannover-Laatzen. Sicherheit ist auf unseren Baustellen und in den Betriebsstätten keine Option, sondern ein Eckpfeiler unseres Erfolgs. In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften, dem Management und der BG übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung dafür, dass alle Mitarbeitenden gesund in den Feierabend gehen können!

Die Aufgaben
- Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit durch Begehungen, Sicherheitsunterweisungen und interne Audits sowie die Umsetzung aller notwendigen Maßnahmen
- Begleitung von Unternehmensentscheidungen, bspw. zu technischer Ausstattung, PSA, Maschinenpark oder Arbeitsorganisation
- Strategisches Arbeitsschutzmanagement (ASM), Erstellung von Betriebs- / Handlungsanweisungen (Unfallverhütung und Gesundheitsschutz) und Analyse von Unfällen
- Steuerung der Sicherheitsbeauftragten und des ASA sowie Unterstützung der Bauleiter in der Weiterentwicklung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Beratung der Führungskräfte, Schulung aller Mitarbeitenden und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern (Management, Betriebsrat, Verwaltungsabteilungen, Berufsgenossenschaft, Betriebsarzt usw.)
Die Schlüsselkompetenzen
- Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) gemäß DGUV, vorzugsweise durch die BG BAU
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Branchenerfahrung im Tiefbau oder Rohrleitungsbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Gesetze, Normen und Vorschriften (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV, BaustellV)
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
