Unser Ziel ist es nicht, die Größte Google & YouTube Ads Agentur zu werden, sondern die Beste! Wir sind bereits eine der führenden Agenturen in Europa mit einem glasklaren Fokus: Wir implementieren Google & YouTube Ads als Growth Engine für internationale D2C-Brands ab 5 Mio. Jahresumsatz.
Dabei arbeiten wir mit TOP-D2C-Brands wie Loop Earplugs, ahead, bedrop und ofinto zusammen. Will heißen: Wir betreuen die Google Ads Accounts der ganz großen Player mit teilweise Millionen Budget pro Monat.
Dafür haben wir in den letzten 5 Jahren ein 35+-köpfiges Elite-Team aufgebaut, das sowohl Performance als auch Creative auf höchstem Level abdeckt.

Was sind deine neuen Aufgaben?
Gemeinsam mit dem Team baust du die Automatisierungen und KI-Workflows, die unser Arbeitsalltag einfacher machen!
- Automatisierungen & KI-Workflows: Du unterstützt das Team beim Bauen unserer internen Automatisierungen und übernimmst eigene Workflows. Manche sind ein kleines Script, andere ein Baustein in Milow, unserem eigenen AI-Agenten.
- Workflow-Optimierung: Du schaust dir an, was in Milow schon läuft, und findest die Stellen, die zu langsam oder zu fehleranfällig sind. Was du selbst umbauen kannst, baust du um.
- Schnittstelle zum Team: Wenn Kolleg:innen eine Automatisierung brauchen, kommen sie auf dich zu. Du holst dir die nötigen Infos und klärst mit deiner Ansprechperson, wie ihr sie umsetzt.
- Dokumentation: Du hältst fest, wie deine Workflows aufgebaut sind. So kann das Team damit auch weiterarbeiten, wenn du gerade in der Klausurphase steckst.
- Einarbeitung: In den ersten Monaten arbeiten wir dich intensiv ein. Du lernst unsere Tools und Prozesse kennen und übernimmst nach und nach mehr Verantwortung, in deinem Tempo.
Was musst du für diesen Job mitbringen?
Du bist Automatisierungs-Nerd im besten Sinne. Du fuchst dich gerne in Dinge rein und bringst sie sauber zum Laufen. Coden solltest du schon können, den Rest lernst du bei uns.
- Passendes Studium: Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Künstliche Intelligenz oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Coding-Erfahrung: Du hast schon mit Python oder JavaScript gearbeitet und eigene kleine Sachen gebaut.
- Neugier & Eigeninitiative: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, denkst mit und hast Lust, Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Zuverlässigkeit & Genauigkeit: Auf dich ist Verlass. Was du machst, machst du ordentlich, vollständig und mit Blick fürs Detail.
- Lernhunger: Du willst ständig dazulernen und gräbst dich gerne in neue Tools und Themen ein.
- Vertrauensvoller Umgang: Bei uns bekommst du viel Freiheit und Zugriff auf wichtige Systeme. Damit gehst du verantwortungsvoll und umsichtig um.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift: Für eine klare und professionelle Kommunikation.
Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: erste Erfahrung mit der Claude- oder OpenAI-API oder ernsthafte Beschäftigung mit Prompting.
