What you’ll be doing:
- Manage, Hire, Train and Coach a multicultural team of BDRs working with latest technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Nooks).
- Work closely with AVP Sales leaders to define the best Go-To-Market Strategy.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to build creative and efficient campaigns or events to address C-Levels Decision Makers.
- Ensure team continuous improvement by implementing best practices.
- Monitor weekly team activity with Salesforce dashboard and propose action plan.
- Design and implement a scalable training program and materials for new BDRs.
- Ensure BDRs have a development plan in place.
What you’ll bring :
- 7+ years’ experience in the IT or Business Software industry (SAAS Marketing, CRM, Finance or HR software).
- 5+ years ‘experience successfully building, managing, coaching and developing a business development team.
- Proven track record addressing C-Levels in Large Accounts.
- Number-driven and result-oriented.
- Full proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Business Degree Preferred.
