Director, Integrated Marketing
Freshworks is seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing to lead how our brand strategy shows up in the market, turning strategic positioning into coordinated, full-funnel campaigns across products, regions, and buyer audiences. This role owns the connective tissue between brand and demand: the person who makes sure a single narrative holds together across every campaign, vertical, and channel it touches, rather than fragmenting at the point of execution.
You'll build and run the integrated campaign engine that translates strategy into work that actually moves pipeline, partnering closely with brand, product marketing, content, and field teams to keep Freshworks speaking with one voice at enterprise scale.
If you're a marketing leader who thinks in systems, moves fluidly between brand and demand, and wants to shape how a global SaaS company shows up cohesively everywhere it competes, you'll feel right at home.
Responsibilities
- Translate Freshworks' brand strategy into integrated, full-funnel campaigns across regions, products, and audience segments
- Partner with Product Marketing to align campaign messaging across distinct buyer motions into a single, coherent campaign architecture
- Build and lead vertical and persona-based campaign variants that all trace back to one strategic core, avoiding message drift at the point of execution
- Collaborate directly with the content, SEO/AEO, and thought leadership team to ensure campaign messaging and long-form narrative stay in lockstep
- Own campaign planning, briefing, and cross-functional orchestration across creative, field marketing, demand gen, and regional teams
- Define and report on campaign-level success metrics, tying integrated campaign performance back to pipeline and brand awareness goals
- Manage relationships with external creative and agency partners as needed for brand refresh or campaign production work
- Represent the voice of coordinated brand execution in CMO-level strategy reviews
- 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership spanning both brand strategy and integrated/demand campaign execution — not one or the other
- A demonstrated track record of unifying marketing narrative across multiple products or a post-merger/post-acquisition product suite into one coherent go-to-market story
- Experience building vertical or segment-specific campaign variants without losing a central brand thread
- Direct experience marketing into enterprise IT, HR/EX, or service-operations categories, ideally with exposure to competitors like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or comparable enterprise SaaS players
- Comfort operating in ambiguity — this role exists because a strategic tension needs resolving in market, not because a playbook already exists
- Hands-on fluency with marketing automation and campaign tooling (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Experience managing or closely partnering with external creative/brand agencies
- A bias toward execution: this is a builder role, not a strategist-only seat
