
Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)
We are seeking a talented Front End Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience to join our new UK team. You will be responsible for building sleek, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces to enable real-time control and monitoring of robotic swarms and sensor systems. Your work will directly contribute to the usability and efficiency of our cutting-edge robotics solutions.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Design, develop, and optimize frontend applications for controlling and visualizing robotic swarms and sensor data.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
Build intuitive, performant, and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React or comparable web component frameworks.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through clean coding practices and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance for real-time applications.
What you bring to the team:
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Proficiency in TypeScript and web component frameworks.
Strong understanding of modern web development tools, concepts, and practices.
Basic knowledge of backend systems and API integration.
Experience with custom web-based rendering engines
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and data visualization tools.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-friendly applications
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with robotics, sensor data visualization, or real-time control systems.
Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and frontend build tools.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or similar.
Understanding of testing frameworks and tools for front-end development.
