Bei Niologic bauen wir das führende Beratungsunternehmen für Product Engineering für KI und Location Intelligence in Deutschland auf. Durch die Kombination der Megatrends KI und Location Intelligence wollen wir für unsere Kunden die neuesten Trends in Produktion bringen und ihr tägliches Leben positiv verändern.
Entgegen aktueller Branchentrends und mit dem Vertrauen führender Marken im Rücken wollen wir von einem außergewöhnlichen 17-köpfigen Team zu einem 50-köpfigen Dreamteam für den Einzelhandel und die öffentliche Sicherheit wachsen.
Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 4-6 Monate. Du wirst während dieser Zeit für 12h/Woche fürs Trainingsprogramm freigestellt und musst in dieser Zeit mehrere Zertifizierungen erfolgreich bestehen. Wir erwarten, dass Du bei Mehrbedarf an persönlicher Lernzeit diese privat aufbringst.
Aufgaben
Als Trainee im Bereich AI Services entwickelst Du mit unseren Kunden KI- und Software-Lösungen basierend auf dem Lösungsbaukasten unserer AI-Architekten von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Kundenpräsentation.
Nach der Einarbeitungszeit berätst Du unsere Kunden im Bereich KI-Strategie und Datennutzung, implementierst im Team neue Lösungen und hältst überzeugende Kundenpräsentationen basierend auf den Arbeitsergebnissen Deines Teams.
Qualifikation
- Serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Master oder Promotion in Mathematik, Physik oder einer verwandten Disziplin mit nachweislich mathematischem Fokus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Unicert C1/C2)
- Fokus auf Stochastik oder Numerik
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen,
- Dein Github Account ist aussagekkräftig gepflegt und Du hast Dich an Opensource-Projekten über einen längeren Zeitraum beteiligt
- wünchenswert: erste Erfahrung in KI-Agenten oder Machine Learning
- Reisebereitschaft (< 2 Tage / Monat)
- Mehrjährige Programmiererfahrung in Python oder Java oder Kotlin/Go/Rust
- gute Erfahrung mit Linux und CLI-Tools
- Neugier und Begeisterung für Number Crunching and komplexe Anwendungen
- Gute Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Kommunikativ und teamorientiert
