With more than 27 million users worldwide and a strong local presence, we're shaking up wealth-tech, and we want you on our journey!
What You'll Do
This role focuses on the hands-on execution of marketing initiatives across retail activations, events, social media and integrated online-to-offline campaigns. You’ll support everything from coordinating vendors and promotional materials to drafting social content and tracking campaign performance.
Working closely with our marketing, retail and design teams, you’ll help deliver consistent campaigns across our Sydney and Melbourne locations, while connecting in-store engagement with platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram and TikTok.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organised, commercially minded and genuinely interested in investing. It’s an excellent opportunity to build broad experience across event marketing, social media, campaign coordination and performance reporting within a fast-growing fintech business.
Key responsibilities include:
Retail Activation Execution and Support
- Support the end-to-end execution of store activations, pop-up events, and offline brand experiences across Sydney and Melbourne retail locations.
- Assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, material preparation, on-site setup, and pack-down.
- Help implement retail marketing SOPs for campaign rollout, in-store experiences, and promotional material deployment.
- Track event inventory and ensure POSM (point-of-sale materials) is delivered to stores on time.
- Translate basic investment product features into simple and engaging talking points for store staff and customers.
Integrated Online-to-Offline Campaign Support
- Support integrated O2O campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Lead, ensuring offline store traffic connects effectively with online channels.
- Assist with content planning and posting on Xiaohongshu and Instagram, and help coordinate TikTok content scheduling.
- Draft social media content that resonates with retail investors, including market updates, product tips, and event recaps, supported by your understanding of investing.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align campaign messaging across offline and digital touchpoints.
Performance Tracking and Execution Coordination
- Track and compile campaign performance data, including foot traffic, social engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement based on campaign data.
- Act as a coordination point between retail, marketing, and external vendors to resolve day-to-day execution issues.
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, brand activation, or social media operations, with hands-on involvement in offline campaign execution.
- Practical experience managing or contributing to Xiaohongshu and/or Instagram brand or commercial accounts, including content drafting, scheduling, and basic visual coordination.
- Personal investing experience is preferred. You actively trade or follow financial markets, including stocks, ETFs, or other securities, enabling you to create credible and relatable content and conversations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience using Moomoo or other trading platforms such as CommSec, Stake, or SelfWealth, with an understanding of the retail investor journey.
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or investment platform marketing.
- Basic content creation skills using Canva, CapCut, or other simple video-editing tools for social media content.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English to manage Chinese-language social media content and communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.
- A convenient Sydney CBD office location with excellent access to public transport
- Gym access to support your wellbeing
- Private health insurance program after successful completion of probation
- The opportunity to join a fast-growing global fintech company
- A supportive, collaborative and multicultural working environment
- Exposure to high-net-worth client engagement, events and financial markets
