What's the role?
The PxGeo International Graduate Program offers an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career within a global leader in marine geophysical and subsea data acquisition. Designed to develop the next generation of leaders, the program provides hands-on experience across our operations, technology & engineering, and commercial functions while contributing to the delivery of high-quality data solutions that support our clients’ decision-making and project success.
Throughout the program, you will gain valuable exposure to our business—from offshore operations to strategic business functions—working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to innovation, operational excellence, safety, and collaboration. You will also develop a broad understanding of our business, technologies, and global operations through mandatory rotational placements across our global hubs as well as offshore.
By the end of the 24-month program, you will have built a strong foundation of technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities. Working closely with your mentors and sponsors, you will identify a career path that aligns your strengths and ambitions with PxGeo’s long-term growth strategy, supporting our commitment to delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions to the global energy and marine sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform assigned responsibilities as a Graduate Specialist across designated business functions and departments.
- Engage proactively in hands-on learning and development opportunities to build technical, operational, and commercial knowledge.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned Sponsors and Mentors to support professional growth and development objectives.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training, workshops, and development programs.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular feedback on learning outcomes, achievements, and development throughout the program.
- Demonstrate flexibility to undertake business travel and offshore assignments, as required, to support operational and project needs.

Who are we looking for?

Key requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last two years in a relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Willingness to travel and relocate for international assignments.
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic working environments.
- A commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
