Attributes We Value

We hire successful builders with founder-like energy who want real impact, accelerated learning, and true ownership. You bring strong role-related expertise and sharp thinking, and you’re motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor.

You're humble and collaborative; turn zero‑to‑one ideas into real products, and you “get stuff done” end-to-end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you’ll tackle complex, high‑visibility problems with exceptional teammates and grow your career as we build the future of global banking. If that sounds like you, let’s build what’s next.

About the team

The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative and strategic campaigns. We work to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies, we ensure Airwallex stands out in a competitive market. Our team is passionate about telling the Airwallex story and supporting the company’s growth and success.

What you’ll do

You will own and scale Airwallex’s growth and demand generation content engine globally. You will work closely with global and regional teammates across Growth, Product Marketing, Product, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle to build content that drives qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.

This role is ideal for a hands-on content leader who loves writing and editing SEO content, ebooks, guides, and one-pagers, and who is excited to go deep on technical product narratives—translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling, conversion-oriented content.

You will join the Airwallex Marketing team during a critical period of growth. As we scale, we are building a team that balances global consistency in content strategy, quality, and process, with local flexibility and speed in execution. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how growth content drives the next phase of Airwallex’s expansion.

This role is based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Growth Content Marketing as a global discipline at Airwallex, establishing best practices, scalable processes, and a high-performing team over time.

  • Own the end-to-end demand gen content strategy, spanning SEO, gated assets, mid-funnel conversion content, and product-led narratives.

  • Write, edit, and ship high-impact content including:

    • SEO pillar pages, cluster articles, and comparison content

    • Ebooks, whitepapers, and long-form guides

    • One-pagers, solution briefs, and product explainers

  • Partner deeply with Product Marketing and Product to translate launches, features, APIs, and workflows into content that is searchable, understandable, and sellable.

  • Use user, customer, and market insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and content distribution strategies.

  • Work closely with SEO and Performance Marketing to align content with keyword intent, funnel stages, and conversion goals.

  • Be obsessive about measurement and iteration, using performance data to continuously optimize content for traffic quality, engagement, and pipeline impact.

  • Hold a high bar for content quality and technical accuracy, ensuring clarity without oversimplifying complex concepts.

  • Build a structured experimentation mindset—scaling what performs, refreshing or retiring what doesn’t.

  • Balance short-term growth outcomes with longer-term investments in evergreen content, topical authority, and durable demand.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth content marketing, demand gen content, or SEO-led content roles, preferably at a high-growth B2B technology company.

  • A proven track record of creating content that drives measurable business outcomes across the funnel—from traffic to MQLs to pipeline.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical products, platforms, or workflows clearly and credibly.

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content clustering.

  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze content performance and optimize based on results—not just instincts.

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, Performance, and Lifecycle teams.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment and communicating progress and impact to key stakeholders.

  • Experience managing freelancers or agencies and holding them to a high bar for quality and performance.

  • Familiarity with common CMS, SEO, analytics, and experimentation tools (e.g., Webflow/WordPress, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.

  • Additional language skills (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German, Hebrew,...).

  • Good understanding of technical products.
