Coordinator - Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding process in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, pre-employment requirements, and other recruitment activities.
- Support the preparation and communication of employment offers and onboarding requirements.
- Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new employees and provide ongoing support during their integration into the organization.
- Coordinate employee-related processes, including probation, confirmations, transfers, and other HC activities.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records, documentation, and personnel information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, dashboards, presentations, and other HC-related documentation as required.
- Support organizational structure updates and other workforce-related administrative activities.
- Assist with HC committees, management submissions, and internal reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HC policies, procedures, processes, forms, and guidelines.
- Support Talent Acquisition and wider HC projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, new joiners, trainees, and interns when needed.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
