Wir suchen eine erfahrene freiberufliche Unterstützung im Bereich Recruiting, die uns im Rahmen eines RPO-Modells begleitet.
Als externe Recruiterin bzw. externer Recruiter übernehmen Sie definierte Schritte innerhalb unseres Recruiting-Prozesses und unterstützen unser Team insbesondere bei der professionellen Ansprache und Vorqualifizierung von Kandidaten.
Was bedeutet RPO bei uns?
RPO bedeutet: Sie unterstützen uns als externe Fachkraft direkt innerhalb unseres Recruiting-Prozesses. Dabei übernehmen Sie klar definierte Aufgaben, die sonst intern abgedeckt werden – ohne Akquise und ohne administrative Zusatzaufgaben.
Sie konzentrieren sich auf das, was Sie am besten können: Recruiting und den direkten Kontakt mit Kandidaten.
Aufgaben
- Telefonische Erstansprache und Vorqualifizierung von Kandidaten
- Strukturierte Einschätzung von Profilen nach vorgegebenen Kriterien
- Weiterleitung geeigneter Kandidatenprofile an die Teamleitung
- Optional: Durchführung kurzer Follow-up-Gespräche
- Fokus auf Recruiting – keine Akquise und keine fachfremden administrativen Aufgaben
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in der Kandidatenqualifizierung
- Professionelle und sichere Gesprächsführung
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kandidaten
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Vertrautheit mit DSGVO und dem vertraulichen Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten
