Wir suchen eine zuverlässige Unterstützung für unser Backoffice, die unser Recruiting-Team bei organisatorischen und vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten unterstützt.
Die Stelle eignet sich ideal für Menschen, die strukturiert und gewissenhaft arbeiten, Genauigkeit schätzen und Freude an klaren Abläufen haben.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der organisatorischen Vorbereitung im Recruiting
- Pflege, Aufbereitung und Übertragung von Bewerber- und Kandidatendaten in unser internes System
- Prüfung und Bearbeitung eingehender Unterlagen nach vorgegebenen Kriterien
- Allgemeine Datenpflege und Aktualisierung von Datensätzen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team
Qualifikation
- Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Online-Systemen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein gutes Auge für Details
- Freude an klaren Abläufen und selbstständigem Arbeiten
