THE TYPE OF FREELANCERS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking to connect with experienced freelance Creative Strategists (applicants must have native-level proficiency in either Dutch, German or Italian) who understand how to turn local insight, creativity and data into high-performing digital work.

You'll sit at the intersection of brand and performance, combining an understanding of consumer behaviour, culture and storytelling with the data and performance signals that drive growth. We're looking for people who can uncover the why behind the buy and translate it into compelling creative strategies, concepts, hooks, scripts and briefs.

You'll have experience developing and testing creative across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube, using performance data to understand what works, why it works and what to try next. You'll be equally comfortable collaborating with Growth and Performance teams as you are briefing designers, editors, creatives and UGC/creator talent.

We're particularly interested in strategists who understand creator-led and social-first content, structured creative testing and full-funnel thinking, alongside emerging opportunities in AI-powered creative workflows, content generation and optimisation.

Above all, we're looking for curious, commercially minded creative thinkers who can balance brand, culture and craft with measurable performance, and who are excited about how technology and changing consumer behaviour will shape the future of creative effectiveness.
