European Real Estate Agent – Dubai | Off-Plan Sales
Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and is looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing Dubai operation, specializing in Off-Plan Property Sales.
We are looking for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record who are ready to build their career in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- Previous UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
- European language skills such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian are highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market and major developers is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
- Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
