Deine Aufgaben
- Du erhältst einen praktischen Einstieg in Recruiting und Personalgewinnung
- Dabei lernst du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess kennen – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vorqualifizierung
- Im Screening prüfst du eingehende Bewerbungen, bewertest Profile und identifizierst passende Kandidat:innen für den weiteren Prozess.
- Du führst erste Telefoninterviews und Bewerbungsgespräche
Dein Profil
- Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Ein Pflichtpraktikum ist im Rahmen deines Studiums vorgesehen.
- Interesse an Recruiting, HR und Personalthemen sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten in Telefoninterviews und Gesprächen.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
