Technischer Property Manager (w/m/d) - Wohnimmobilien
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Technischen Property Manager / Technischen Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) für die administrative und organisatorische Betreuung unserer technischen Instandhaltungsprozesse im Bereich Wohnimmobilien.

Die Trigon Unternehmensgruppe ist ein etabliertes Berliner Immobilienunternehmen mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien. Der Bestand umfasst rund 4.000 Wohn- und 300 Gewerbeeinheiten sowie Stellplätze.
Aufgaben
- Organisation und administrative Unterstützung unserer Technikabteilung
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
- Koordination unserer eigenen Handwerkerteams sowie Terminabstimmung mit Mietern
- Erstellung von Aufträgen, Angeboten und technischen Schriftstücken
- Erfassung, Prüfung und Abrechnung der von unseren Handwerkerteams erbrachten Leistungen (Leistungsabrechnung/Fakturierung)
- Prüfung eingehender Rechnungen externer Dienstleister
- Pflege auftragsbezogener Daten sowie Dokumentation der Vorgänge
- Kommunikation mit Mietern, Kollegen und externen Dienstleistern
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Immobilienkaufmann oder Technischer Sachbearbeiter) oder ein Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt, idealerweise im Bereich Bau-, Gebäude-, Betriebs- oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Erfahrung in der technischen Sachbearbeitung, Auftragsabwicklung oder im Gebäudemanagement von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Leistungsabrechnung, Rechnungsprüfung oder Fakturierung wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel und Outlook)
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick sowie serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
