CoroVets is a locally owned veterinary practice with strong community connections and a commitment to exceptional client and patient care.
We’re seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Veterinary Client Services & Systems Coordinator to join our Waihi team.
This is more than a reception role. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients while coordinating appointments, communications, records, inventory and administrative processes across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Coordinate appointments and daily schedules.
- Triage enquiries and escalate urgent cases.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Work across multiple practice and business systems.
- Support inventory, payments and general administration.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff.
Technology Skills
You’ll need to be confident working across multiple systems and screens, including:
- Microsoft Outlook and Office.
- Complex business and practice management systems.
- Digital records and workflows.
- Experience with ezyVet, 3CX, CRM, ERP, booking or inventory systems is highly regarded.

- Experienced in administration, customer service, healthcare, veterinary, agricultural or other fast-paced environments.

Hours
Wednesday–Friday, 8:15am–5:00pm | Waihi-based
Additional hours may be available from time to time.

Please note: This role requires advanced computer literacy and confidence working across multiple business systems. Shortlisted candidates will complete an in-person IT proficiency assessment.
