Als Geschäftsführer/in steuerst du das Unternehmen als Ganzes – von Einkauf und Beschaffung über Verkauf und Preisgestaltung bis hin zu Logistik und Teamführung. Dabei bewegst du dich täglich zwischen Landwirtschaft und internationalen Rohstoffmärkten. gesagt: Du entscheidest, verhandelst, handelst und gestaltest.
Deine Aufgabe
Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die AGROKORN AG und führst das Unternehmen strategisch. Wir sehen das so:
Einkauf & Beschaffung: Du beschaffst Futtermittelrohstoffe auf den nationalen und internationalen Märkten und verantwortest die Pflichtlagerhaltung.
Verkauf & Margen: Du bringst Einkauf und Verkauf zusammen und hast ein Gespür dafür, wann der richtige Zeitpunkt für den richtigen Preis ist.
Markt & Kunden: Du kennst die Landwirtschaft und kannst mit Tierhaltern und Mischfutterherstellern auf Augenhöhe über Rohstoffe und Fütterung sprechen.
Fütterung: Du verstehst, was Schweine und Rinder fressen – und warum.
Führung: Du führst unser Team, setzt Prioritäten und schaffst die Voraussetzungen dafür, dass wir gemeinsam erfolgreich sind.
Unternehmen weiterentwickeln: Du gestaltest Prozesse und Strukturen mit und übernimmst im Tagesgeschäft Mitverantwortung für Finanzen und IT.
Das bringst du mit
Du bist unternehmerisch, entscheidungsfreudig und verhandlungsstark. Du denkst nicht nur in Aufgaben, sondern in Chancen, Märkten und Ergebnissen. Idealerweise bringst du mit:
Ausbildung als Agronom/In ETH oder FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Alternativ eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung mit fundierter Erfahrung im Agrarhandel.
Gute Kenntnisse der Landwirtschaft und internationalen Rohstoffmärkte.
Erfahrung in Einkauf und Verkauf – und ein gutes Gespür für Preise, Märkte und den richtigen Zeitpunkt.
Verhandlungsgeschick, Abschlussstärke und unternehmerisches Denken.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Englisch und ösisch sind ein Plus.
