Ihre Aufgaben In dieser vertriebsorientierten Außendienstfunktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie in der aktiven Weiterentwicklung des Verkaufsgebiets Westösterreich und Süddeutschland.- Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kunden im Verkaufsgebiet, einschließlich ausgewählter Großkunden
- Aktive Neukundengewinnung sowie nachhaltiger Ausbau des Kundenstamms
- Präsentation und Verkauf eines vielseitigen Produktsortiments rund um Versand- und Papierlösungen
- Entwicklung individueller Lösungen auf Basis spezifischer Kundenanforderungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen bei der Angebotslegung
- Laufende Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale und Geschäftschancen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Messen, Branchenveranstaltungen und Kundenevents
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Papier-, Druck- oder Verpackungslösungen bzw. im B2B- oder Großkundengeschäft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein souveränes, überzeugendes Auftreten
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung verbunden mit einer lösungsorientierten Hands-on-Mentalität
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt, an der Neukundengewinnung sowie am nachhaltigen Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verkaufsgebiets Westösterreich und Süddeutschland
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise ergänzt durch CRM-Erfahrung
- Ein familiäres, erfolgreiches Unternehmensumfeld mit loyalem und motiviertem Team
- Eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Außendienstfunktion

- Ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 60.000,- zuzüglich erfolgsabhängiger Vergütung
- Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation, einschlägiger Erfahrung und belegbarer Verkaufskompetenz
- Bereitstellung eines Firmenwagens
