Content Creator & Social Media Strategist Praktikant:in (m/w/d) bei Our Greenery
Seit 2021 bauen wir in Berlin smarte Indoor-Farmsysteme, den Raumgarten und den Raumgarten Pro, für frische, pestizidfreie Kräuter, Microgreens und Junggemüse direkt am Ort des Verbrauchs. Lieferweg: von 2.400 km auf 2,40 m reduziert. Im Einsatz bei Gastronomie, Unternehmen, Gesundheit und Pflege sowie zuhause, aktuell mitten im D2C-Marktstart.
Für diese Rolle suchen wir mehr als jemanden, der filmt, was passiert: die Person, die eigene Kampagnenideen entwickelt, sie umsetzt und Instagram sowie Facebook strategisch voranbringt. Wir verkaufen nicht nur Anbausysteme, sondern verändern, wie Menschen in Deutschland frisches Essen anbauen, bekommen und wahrnehmen.
Aufgaben
- Eigene Kampagnenideen rund um unsere Marke und Content-Pillars entwickeln und umsetzen (Pflanzenwelt, Plugs and Pads, Aufbau, Wachstum, Ernte, Wahrgenommener Wert)
- Foto- und Videoproduktion entlang unserer Content-Pillars
- Reels, Stories und Carousels schneiden
- Showroom-Events dokumentieren
- Social-Media-Strategie für Instagram und Facebook mitgestalten
- Gelegentlich vor der Kamera, wenn es zur Idee passt
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Growth-Marketing-Team, mit Anleitung immer vor Ort
Qualifikation
Vorerfahrung ist nicht nötig. Wichtiger sind Gespür für Content und Trends, Lernbereitschaft und Arbeitsethos.
- Auge für Design und Trends
- Verständnis für Instagram und Facebook: welche Formate funktionieren und wie die Algorithmen ticken
- Sicher in Canva sowie Foto und Video (Smartphone reicht), CapCut oder Premiere Rush
- KI-freundlich
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch mindestens B2 bis C1
- Verfügbarkeit vor Ort in Berlin
- Vor allem: Lust, dazuzulernen
