Über uns
Wir bei Welzenbach betreuen an unseren Standorten in Lohr am Main und Würzburg Unternehmen und Privatpersonen aus verschiedensten Branchen. Mit einem Team von rund 25 Mitarbeitenden stehen wir für persönliche Betreuung, Verlässlichkeit und einen hohen fachlichen Anspruch. Dabei verbinden wir die Erfahrung aus fast 30 Jahren Kanzleigeschichte mit modernen, digitalen Arbeitsweisen.
Als Teil der Limetax-Gruppe entwickeln wir unsere Kanzlei kontinuierlich weiter und setzen dabei auf digitale Prozesse, neue Technologien und KI-gestützte Tools, die unseren Arbeitsalltag einfacher und effizienter machen.
Im Team legen wir Wert auf kurze Wege, offene Kommunikation und ein unterstützendes Miteinander – und darauf, dass Du während Deiner Ausbildung von Anfang an Teil des Teams bist.
Deine Ausbildung bei uns
Während Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du Schritt für Schritt die unterschiedlichen Bereiche einer modernen Steuerkanzlei kennen. Dabei arbeitest Du von Anfang an an echten Aufgaben mit und wirst von unserem Team begleitet.
Du lernst unter anderem:
Finanzbuchhaltungen zu erstellen und Geschäftsvorfälle richtig zu erfassen
Bei Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen mitzuwirken
Steuererklärungen für Privatpersonen und Unternehmen vorzubereiten und zu erstellen
Bei Jahresabschlüssen und Einnahmen-Überschuss-Rechnungen mitzuwirken
Mit digitalen Tools und modernen Kanzleiprozessen zu arbeiten
Mandant/innen im Kanzleialltag kennenzulernen und bei ihren Anliegen zu unterstützen
Die internen Abläufe und die Organisation einer Steuerkanzlei zu verstehen
Auf Wunsch kannst Du Deine Ausbildung bei uns auch im Rahmen eines dualen Verbundstudiums an der Technischen Hochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt absolvieren.

Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife oder allgemeine Hochschulreife (Abitur)
