Die Rewe Austria Fleischwaren GmbH umfasst 4 Produktionsbetriebe (Fleisch / Wurst / Convencience) sowie die Zentrale in Wr. Neudorf und sorgt mit insgesamt ca. 600 Mitarbeiter:innen verantwortungsvoll dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen in allen unseren Filialen täglich die frischeste Ware und beste Qualität vorfinden. Für unseren hochmodernen Produktionsbetrieb in Eberstalzell, mit dem Fokus auf Schweinefleisch, suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Produktionsleiter:in für die Bereiche: Faschierung, Marinierung, Portionierung und Verpackung.
- Genaue und gewissenhafte Übernahme der Rohstoffe sowie Wareneingangskontrolle gemäß internen Spezifikationsvorgaben
- Erfassung der Wareneingänge im ERP-System und Inventurerfassung
- Kontrolle der Wareneingangspapiere auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
- Einlagerung der übernommenen Ware
- Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 05:00 bis 14:00 Uhr
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Lebensmittelbezug ist von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position
- MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse
- Vertraut mit den Anforderungen aus Hygiene, Qualitätsmanagement und -sicherung (HACCP, IFS)
- B1 Deutsch-Kenntnisse für den Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und Lieferant:innen
