Role Summary

We're looking for a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across the business. You'll run searches across the full range of functions we hire for, build pipelines from scratch, and act as a real partner to hiring managers while collaborating closely with the Talent & People team and leaders across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering.

Our Talent team works full-stack rather than by vertical, so nobody here is boxed into one function, although you may have a primary function to look after during a period of time. Your search list shifts as our hiring priorities do, keeping the work varied and giving you visibility across the whole company. In practice, a single quarter might have you running an Account Executive search, a Finance Manager role, and a Product Designer hire at the same time.

Mission: 3-4 month freelance mission running to the end of the year, 4-5 days a week, with the possibility of renewal

Location: Paris. The mission involves regular on-site collaboration with hiring managers, and we'd expect you on-site around 3 days a week.

Start date: ideally early October, with some flexibility for the right person.

About the Role

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from kickoff and sourcing through to screening and offer. We hold a high bar for candidate experience here: timely, meaningful feedback at every stage, and nobody is left without an answer, no matter where they are in the process.

• Take on searches across any part of the business, moving between GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering depending on where our hiring priorities sit. You'd typically be running 5 to 7 live roles at a time.

• Source actively for most of your roles, as that's where the majority of our pipeline comes from. We care about quality and personalised outreach rather than volume, and you'll balance that with inbound applications and referrals, ensuring your sourcing reaches a genuinely diverse candidate pool.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to sharpen role scoping, calibrate on what good looks like, and guide them through selection and offer decisions.

• Balance delivery with improvement. Filling roles comes first, but we expect you to leave our process better than you found it: use pipeline data to spot bottlenecks, and build the tooling and automations that take repetitive work off your plate. We're an AI company, so we encourage AI-native work here rather than something you squeeze in on the side.

About You

• You have 5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house, embedded, or agency-side, with a proven range across very different functions rather than depth in a single vertical. What matters to us is that you've owned searches end-to-end and partnered directly with hiring managers, not just delivered shortlists.

• You get up to speed quickly on functions you haven't hired for before, using hiring manager conversations, market research, and your own judgment rather than waiting to be taught.

• You have a strong track record in proactive sourcing and can walk us through hard searches you've filled in the past, including how you built the pipeline.

• You're an excellent communicator and a proven closer, comfortable holding your own with senior stakeholders across any function.

• You're hands-on with tools and automation. You can point to something you built, automated, or streamlined that made your hiring work faster or better, whether that's an ATS workflow, a sourcing automation, or an AI-assisted part of your process. We use Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude.

• You're based in or around Paris, comfortable with regular on-site collaboration, and can start within a short notice period.

Mission Details

Hiring Process

1. Screening call with Talent Manager (30min)

2. Interview with Hiring Manager (30 to 45 min)

3. Short sourcing task (1 hour, sent ahead of the review call) and review call with the team (45min)
